- Coordination of annual awards banquet
- Plan and organize team socials (i.e. bowling, sport outings)
- Championship meet rally dinners for Division II's, Junior
Olympics, and Sectionals

- Contribute content and pictures for team news
- Contact local media about the team (in conjunction with coaches)
- Update outdoor bulletin board

- Serve as an official (must be trained and certified by USA
swimming)
- Serve as a lane timer
- Collect entrance fees and sell heat sheets
- Serve as hospitality coordinator - serve refreshments and lunch to
officials, coaches and volunteers
- Operate the time console (must be trained)
- Coordinate the bull-pen area at Sizzler meets - ensure that 8 and
under swimmers reach starting area in organized manner

- Familiarize new members with policy and procedures
- Serve as team representative at parent orientations

Fund Raising
|
|
|
- Prepare and organize specific fund raising activities
- Find corporate and/or local sponsors
- Sell heat sheet ads to local businesses
